Tucked away in the hills of Murrieta lies the Marquess Venue. Located on five acres, it’s a gorgeous and romantic venue featuring french gardens, terraced lawns, brick pathways, and magnificent oak trees. From the moment we arrived, we knew something magical was going to be created!
Kathleen and Jereme have a special place in a hearts. We both went to high school with Kathleen and are so proud of the life she’s built for herself. From their engagement session, to their wedding day, it has been a blast getting to know both of them more! In such a vast world full of billions of people, it is truly a miracle that you found each other. True soulmates, bound together by vows made for life. We can’t wait to see what you do next together <3 With love and appreciation…Josh and Michaela
The wedding day began at an exquisite airbnb in Murrieta where Kathleen and her bridal party got ready together.
From her Badly Mischka shoes to her Eau De Perfume, all of her details were timeless and classic.
Before they got ready, we took a few photos of them in their cute matching robes..
Then Kathleen’s younger sister and Mom helped her get into her wedding dress…
…and put on her Badgley Mischka shoes…
When all the ladies were ready, we all drove a few minutes up the road to the Marquess venue where they said a quick cheers…
Kathleen absolutely radiated in happiness and excitement the entire morning…
Meanwhile, Jereme got ready in the little chapel on the property with his best man…
His best man helped with the finishing touches…
Jereme nervously stood waiting to see his beautiful bride for their first look…
She spent no time at all spinning him around to see her! There was nothing but smiles…
Jereme kept repeating himself…”WOW! You look amazing!”
After their first look, we grabbed the bridal party for a a celebratory photo…and we discovered they’re a bunch of badasses.
We love when the bridal party can be completely themselves and have fun!
The sun was high as we prepared for the ceremony to begin…
We loved all the little details to help keep people cool…
Ring bearers and flowers girls are just the cutest!
No matter how many weddings we shoot, we still get nervous when the music begins playing…
One of favorite moments is watching the bride walk down the aisle with her dad. It makes us teary eyed every single time…
Last kiss on the cheek before he gave her away…
They held hands together as they spoke their vows together.
We loved how happy they both were throughout the entire ceremony!
Officially Mr. and Mrs. Lazar!
Cue the confetti!!!
…or in their case…rose petals!!
While the reception area was being set up, everyone took a break from the heat…
We loved how they incorporated the towels from their engagement session into the decor…
It seriously makes our heart melt when we see the engagement photos incorporated in the decor too!
Flour House Bakery did such a great job with all the treats…
Everything looked delicious…
The guests found their seat with this cute chart…
Kathleen owned the moment when she walked on the dance floor…guests waived their towels in the air!
They’re so cute…
While guests were dining on delicious Italian food, we took Kathleen and Jereme around the property for portraits…
We looooove when brides wear long veils. They are so fun to play with!
One of the features of the property is this massive pool…we had fun playing with their reflections in it…
After the sun went down, the real party started…
Everyone grabbed a beer and had a good time…
Thanks to all of the amazing vendors who helped pull off this rad wedding…
