On a bright and sunny day in Orange County, California, Caitlin and James had their dream Newport Beach Temple wedding. They promised each other to continue their love through their actions and words. They opted to see each other before the ceremony and shared their first look at their bridal session last week. The beauty of seeing each other beforehand is the bride and groom can enjoy a private moment, and have plenty of time on their wedding day for other photos.
Caitlin and James, thank you for giving us the honor to document your special day with your friends and family. We could see the real joy you all shared in celebrating your marriage. We wish you the very best in life, and are excited to follow you through the rest of your journey in life. Much love and Appreciation…Michaela and Josh.
One of our favorite moments at Newport Beach Temple weddings is the moment the bride and groom exit the door. You can just feel the excitement as the realize they are finally MARRIED!!!
They both had huge smiles as their friends and family cheered for them…
They stood proudly in front of the Newport Beach LDS Temple…
Before sharing a kiss in front of their family and friends…
Once guests departed, we had some time for bridal party photos along the Newport Beach LDS Temple property…
The guys took the whole GQ stance to a new level…
The girls looked just a gorgeous as they all laughed amongst themselves…
Then we had the chance to enjoy the afternoon and document their first moments as officially husband and wife…
The Newport Beach LDS Temple was a gorgeous backdrop for bride and groom portraits…
Oh, Caitlin, we can’t even deal with your beauty…really, you are gorgeous…
The reception took place at another LDS temple in Brea where they did a short ring ceremony for the guests that could not make it to the Newport Beach California Temple…
The First Dance…
The dance floor was packed the entire night…
If you saw their bridal session last week, you would know how special these dinosaurs were to her and James…
They made for the cutest party favors and cake topper…
There is nothing better than a sparkler exit…
Many–MANY–thanks to this amaaaazzzing creative team who made this day possible…
